Group Payment and Cancellation T’s & C’s

A group is deemed to be a booking for 10 rooms or more and for a group the following conditions apply:

  • At 90 days prior to the arrival date a review of room requirements must be made by you and you must pay a deposit equal to 10% of the total value of the reservation to the Hotel. All rooms for which a deposit has not been received including unused reserved rooms will be released.
  • Between 90 – 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of rooms booked maybe cancelled by you without penalty.

Additional cancellations result in the forfeit of 10% deposit or if a deposit has not been paid, then you must pay an amount equal to the 10% deposit for such rooms to the Hotel.

  • At 30 days prior to the arrival date a full rooming list must be provided and you must pay 50% of the total cost of accommodation for all rooms booked at the Hotel. All rooms for which a deposit of 50% has not been received including unused reserved rooms will be released. Between 30 and 7 days prior to the arrival date, a further 2 rooms may be cancelled without penalty, but any other rooms will be charged at 50% of the total cost of accommodation for those rooms.
  • If groups are cancelled within 7 days prior to the arrival date, You must pay an amount equal to 100% of the total cost of accommodation for all rooms.
  • You must provide a final rooming list with names and sharing requirement no later than 7 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Full payment must be made on the date which is 7 days prior to the arrival date. This is applicable to all groups booked without credit facilities at the applicable Hotel.
  • If rooms are cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date or in the case of a non-arrival You must pay the full accommodation charge for all nights for each room.
